Trust and data protection
Anonymous for employees, auditable for the board
PRI only works if employees trust it and leadership can rely on it. Both are designed in from the start.
Anonymous by design
No names, emails or employee IDs are collected. Check-ins store only the date, the group and four scores, and answers cannot be linked to a person or across days.
Small groups protected
Results are only shown for groups above a minimum size, so no individual answer can be inferred from what leadership sees.
Independent
Answers are held by an independent provider, not by HR or line managers. That separation is what makes anonymity credible to employees.
Auditable
Every reported figure can be reproduced from aggregated daily data and a documented, versioned method. Administrative changes are logged.
For your data protection and security teams
Ready for your review
We provide
- A DPIA input pack describing data flows and safeguards
- A standard data processing agreement
- Defined retention, with deletion at the end of the pilot or contract
- Responses to your supplier security assessment
Ground rules we recommend
- Results guide where to look and where to support, not how managers are rated
- No league tables ranking teams against each other
- Employees are told clearly what is collected and who sees what
